Spring Yoga Practice

Spring is a time for reinvention! As we peel ourselves out of a long winter hibernation, we approach Spring, a new season with freshly rested eyes and spirits to set new goals and visions for the future.

For this 2.5-hour workshop, we will study and tend to the element of Spring with a strong and invigorating physical practice, seasonally beneficial breathwork, and restorative sound meditation. Sarah will assist you in curating your own home practice to best support this season of development and creation. Light seasonal snacks and beverages will be served during this workshop.
