Welcome to the Prasada Yoga Teacher Training Program, an inspiring journey led by the experienced Michelle Plante, E-RYT 500, in the heart of North Hampton, NH. Our program is your gateway to a deeper understanding of yoga, offering a transformative experience that elevates your personal practice while honing your teaching skills.

ABOUT OUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM
Deepening Your Practice
This program is designed for both those wanting to deepen their practice and for aspiring teachers. The time spent in this training will be dedicated to developing a greater understanding of asana, pranayama and meditation, and yoga philosophy. You will begin to build techniques designed to cultivate and refine your ability to teach yoga in any style and in any setting.
Our 200-Hour Teacher Training Curriculum includes: Yoga History and Philosophy – The Roots of Yoga, The Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, Advanced Study of Asana, Body Structure and Anatomy, Subtle Body, Science and Art of Teaching Yoga, The Science of Ayurveda, and The Business of Yoga.
Located in North Hampton NH, Prasada Yoga Teacher Training is a fully recognized and accredited course through the National Yoga Alliance. Students will receive RYT-200 (registered yoga teacher) status upon completion and submission of certificate.

Tuition
$500 registration deposit is due upon acceptance into the program.
Full cost of program: $3200 ($200 discount if full payment is made up front by August 15th)
Installments: Due in 2 installments ($1350 September 1st and $1350 January 1st after $500 deposit).
Financing: 8 monthly payments (September 1st – April 1st; $350/mo after $500 deposit). Payment due the first of each month.

About Michelle
Michelle Plante graduated from the Yoga of Energy Flow 200 Hour RYT program led by Dana Lincoln and Daniel Orlansky, then completed her 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training through Boston Yoga School led by Ame Wren and Kevin Courtney in 2015. In 2021, she completed the 75 hour Advanced Teacher Training with Nikki Vilella and Lauren Haythe of Kula Yoga Project. With an emphasis on clear alignment and focused breath, her classes prioritize providing the space for self exploration. As the director of the Prasada Yoga Teacher Training program, she is dedicated to holding an inviting and peaceful space to share with the seacoast yoga community and to always remaining a committed student of yoga.
