FAQs
How do I get started?
All of our classes require pre-registration. It’s easy to do! Go to our website and find the schedule to book a class. You will be able to create an account in Marvelous our registration software and register for any class you want to take. Once you are registered, book a class or multiple classes at a time.
Do you have new member specials?
Yes!! Our new member special is $30 for 30 days of yoga classes. This gives you plenty of time to get the feel of our studio, meet teachers and our community and try different classes.
Are you a heated studio?
No, we are not technically a heated studio, but we do like the space to be nice and warm for our classes so you will feel a slightly warmer temperature than you probably do at home.
What do I bring to a yoga class?
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. You don’t have a mat? No problem! We have loaner mats for you to borrow. After class ask your teacher for the disinfecting spray so you can wipe down the mat.
What do I wear?
Yoga pants, shorts, semi-fitted sweat pants, yoga tops, tanks or tees. Bring a long sleeve in cooler seasons to stay warm and cozy during Savasana (rest pose).
Where do I store my things?
Our coat room at the top of the stairs has plenty of hooks, cubbies and benches to store all your things (shoes, mat bags, purses, cell phones, coats etc). Please leave cell phones turned off with your belongings. We provide bottomless filtered cold and hot water so grab your water bottle and fill up!
Can I leave early?
Yes of course. From time to time things come up so if you need to leave a few minutes early, let your teacher know so you can quietly slip out when you need to.
Do I have to stay for Savasana?
Please do!! This is one of the most important things you can do for yourself after the practice, so unless you need to leave early (see above), please settle in for quiet rest with others in the class.
Can beginners join your classes?
Absolutely! Our classes are open to practitioners of all skill levels, including beginners. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the poses, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
Do you offer private sessions or workshops?
Yes, we offer private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups looking for personalized instruction. Additionally, we periodically host workshops on specialized topics to deepen your practice.
How do I stay updated on class schedules and events?
Stay connected by sending us a message or following us on social media. We regularly update our platforms with class schedules, events, and other studio news!
How do I decide which type of yoga is the best for me?

Consider your fitness level, desired outcomes, and pace preferences. Feel free to try different classes and consult our instructors for guidance.
