Becky Kollmorgen, RYT-500 and Physical Therapist, will discuss safe and effective ways to use yoga to address bone health. Both safety as well as bone-building aspects will be discussed. Expect plenty of time for Q&A. This will be a workshop-based discussion followed by a gentle flow-style class, ending with an extended Savasana to allow for full integration of the wisdom and benefits of the practice.
