This master class vinyasa practice is all about using intelligence in the roots of the body to access greater buoyancy and stability. Our feet are often the structural foundation of poses on our mats, and so too the eyes and ears of our feet connect us to the Earth in everyday life. Attention to our feet, ankles, and calves (with a touch of outer hips) will be a gateway to more fully realizing yoga as steadiness of mind and skillfulness with actions. Class will be taught assuming comfort with basic vinyasa-style practice, with some unfamiliar poses and nuanced guidance to feed curious students.
