Empowered Movement: Yoga for Joint Health & Arthritis

Join us for an engaging and informative workshop exploring the relationship between your yoga practice and your joints, more specifically, how each impacts the other. Together we’ll unpack common questions about knees, lunges, shoulders, planks, and everything in between.

The session begins with an interactive group discussion and movement-based exploration of frequently practiced poses, focusing on how they affect joint mobility and stability. We’ll then move into a Vinyasa-style class to apply what we’ve learned while we flow, and close with a restful Savasana to give your joints deep rest. Please note: This workshop will not include personalized assessments or one-on-one rehabilitation recommendations.
