The experience culminates in Circle of Fire, a powerful three-part pranayama sequence that energizes the lower chakras, supports digestion and elimination and enhances overall vitality. Practiced regularly, this breathwork becomes a catalyst for deeper meditation and a more empowered yoga journey—an inner flame to guide you through the turning of the year.
