Join Lauren DiRenzo for a yoga block focused yogalates class where we will increase body awareness. This 90 minute Yoga Pilates Fusion class where you will be met with moments of core Pilate engagement and flow through alignment to strengthen and lengthen the body through asana poses all while using yoga classes to keep the practice fiery and on your toes. Lauren is a level 2 mat pilates instructor and along with her 200hr yoga certification is the perfect combination when leading this 90 minute experience.
