Join Lindsey Poisson in a two hour self-care workshop to find release in all areas of the body calling for your attention. The workshop is a guided full body myofascial release. We will work directly with the tension built and residing in the interconnective tissue and muscles with the help of yoga tune up® therapy balls. Using hands on techniques to eliminate pain and restore balance to the body you will leave with the knowledge to make myofascial release a part of your at home practice.
