Kimberly Kirby, RYT200
Kimberly was a competitive gymnast up until college and after leaving gymnastics, she struggled to find a form of exercise that was fulfilling. When she discovered yoga in 1998, she knew she had found something that would sustain her. Starting with a home practice and then moving to a studio, she grew and learned and became single minded about becoming a teacher and sharing this practice with others. Kimberly has been teaching since 2003 and has taught in Orlando and then in Atlanta before moving to the Seacoast in 2009. She is a registered yoga teacher, RYT 200, and loves to be creative and spontaneous during her classes. She is known for teaching high energy classes and encourages a bit of laughter during class while rounding out each practice with quiet contemplation. She believes that yoga should be a joyful celebration of your body’s movement connected to breath. Kimberly lives in North Hampton with her husband, daughter, son and two dogs.
