Carter Siegel, M.Ed., RYT200

Carter Siegel, M.Ed., RYT 200, was certified to teach in 2005 through Yoga Alliance. While she enjoys many styles of yoga, the dynamism and energy of vinyasa -style yoga resonates the most with her. It is through this strong, athletic style of practice that Carter finds peace of mind and strength of body. Carter has been athletic her whole life, playing field hockey, lacrosse, tennis, rowing crew, and running but it has been yoga that has persisted and become the constant force. Carter’s teaching style is clear, descriptive, and intentional. It balances facilitation with flow in a logical and accessible sequence. In addition to the physical practice, Carter teaches how breath and mindfulness contribute to the mind-body  connection. Carter is happy to combine two forces she loves at Prasada: yoga and teaching!
